1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "hitz4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the hitz4d online betting platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the hitz4d platform.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a User upon successful registration with hitz4d.
• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the hitz4d website accessible at hitz4d.cam and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, togel (Indonesian numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (live cockfighting streams).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any game, sporting event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account, consisting of deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings.
• "Withdrawal" means the process of transferring funds from your hitz4d Account to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm your identity, age, and address.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hitz4d Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hitz4d. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an Account.

hitz4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an Account and use the hitz4d Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. hitz4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. During the KYC verification process, you will be required to provide valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP National ID card or passport) proving your age. Any individual found to have created an Account while underage will have their Account immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and may face legal consequences.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

hitz4d primarily serves users in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of Account creation and usage. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal are prohibited from creating Accounts or placing Wagers. By using hitz4d, you represent that online gambling is not illegal in your specific location and that you have checked local laws before registering.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are prohibited by any applicable law from gambling online, you must not access or use the Platform.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with hitz4d. Creating multiple Accounts, operating duplicate Accounts, or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This includes Accounts created using different names, email addresses, or personal details belonging to family members or associates.

3.5 Personal Use Only

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account or access the Platform using your login credentials. Commercial use of the Platform, including betting on behalf of third parties or operating a betting syndicate, is strictly forbidden.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must not use false information or impersonate any person or entity. hitz4d reserves the right to verify all information provided and may request additional documentation at any time.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, hitz4d requires completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You will be asked to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number
• A recent selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face for facial recognition verification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document) dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours during Indonesian business hours (WIB). Failure to provide requested documents or provision of fraudulent documents will result in Account suspension and possible permanent closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must immediately notify hitz4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. hitz4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account credentials, whether or not you were aware of such unauthorized use.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent hitz4d. hitz4d staff will never ask for your password.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update this information in your Account settings immediately. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed important communications from hitz4d and could affect your ability to access your Account or process withdrawals.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hitz4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits also vary by method and Account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 15 minutes. hitz4d does not charge processing fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Deposits made from accounts not matching your verified identity will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 and the maximum per transaction is Rp 50,000,000, with a daily limit of Rp 100,000,000. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposit whenever possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, hitz4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal to an alternative account.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and time of request. Withdrawals requested during Indonesian banking hours (9 AM - 5 PM WIB, Monday-Friday) are typically processed faster than requests made outside these hours or on weekends. hitz4d does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer fees.

5.3 Bonus Fund Wagering Requirements

Funds received as bonuses or promotions are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are detailed in the terms of each bonus offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and are subject to forfeiture if you attempt premature withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

hitz4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover minimum) before withdrawal to prevent use of the Platform for money transfer purposes. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or temporary withdrawal holds while investigation is conducted.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

hitz4d offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated at the time of each promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 20x-40x the bonus amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus systems, will result in bonus forfeiture, confiscation of associated winnings, and possible Account termination.

hitz4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. All bonus decisions made by hitz4d are final and non-negotiable.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on hitz4d are governed by the specific rules of each game or betting market. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. Rules for each game type (slots, table games, sports betting, togel, sabung ayam) are available in the game information sections.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the hitz4d system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of obvious system errors, display malfunctions, or clearly incorrect odds, hitz4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where odds are displayed incorrectly due to technical errors or human error.

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the specific sport betting rules.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout amounts apply to all wagering activities. These limits vary by game type, betting market, and your Account status. hitz4d reserves the right to set or adjust limits at any time and to refuse any bet that exceeds established limits.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the hitz4d Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction
• Creating multiple Accounts or using Accounts belonging to other individuals
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Depositing funds from sources other than payment accounts in your own legal name
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity
• Using bots, automated software, or any tools designed to manipulate the Platform or gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players, sharing information, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or hitz4d staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties without authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and possible legal action. hitz4d cooperates with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected illegal activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hitz4d, its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in service
• Errors in game results, odds display, or payout calculations, provided we correct such errors in good faith
• Loss of data or corruption of Account information
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Actions taken by payment processors, banks, or other third-party service providers

hitz4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

In no event shall hitz4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the hitz4d Platform, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or through live chat. Please provide detailed information about your issue, including relevant Account details, transaction IDs, and any supporting documentation.

hitz4d will make good faith efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 72 hours for straightforward issues. For complex disputes requiring detailed investigation, resolution may take up to 14 business days. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the investigation.

All decisions made by hitz4d management regarding disputes, complaints, or interpretation of these Terms are final and binding. Once a final decision has been communicated to you, the matter is considered closed and will not be subject to further review except in cases of clear factual error.

If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting our internal dispute resolution process, you may seek external mediation or arbitration in accordance with the governing law provisions set forth in Section 12 of these Terms.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

hitz4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Grounds for immediate Account termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Being under the legal gambling age
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Colluding with other players or engaging in bonus abuse
• Using unauthorized software or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Failing to complete KYC verification when requested

Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and your remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to hitz4d. Termination does not release you from obligations accrued prior to termination.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. After this period, dormant Accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where hitz4d holds its operating license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

By accepting these Terms, you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under Indonesian consumer protection laws if you are accessing the Platform as a consumer from Indonesia.
